1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using the website www.steelwise.md (the “Website”) and submitting quote requests, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
2. About the Website
The Website is operated by BR EXPRESS INC / SteelWise Engineering (“SteelWise”), Transnistriei 5/1 str., MD-2044, Chișinău, Republic of Moldova. It presents SteelWise’s CNC machining services (milling, turning, inspection and quality control, and auxiliary services through a verified suppliers’ network) and allows prospective customers to request quotes.
3. Informative nature of the content
The information on the Website — including machine capabilities, tolerances, materials, sample parts, certifications in progress, and lead times — is provided for general information and does not constitute a binding offer. Specific capabilities, prices, tolerances, delivery terms, and quality requirements are confirmed individually in each quote and order confirmation.
4. Quotes and orders
Quote requests submitted via the Website are non-binding invitations to receive an offer. We aim to respond within 24 business hours, but this is not guaranteed. A contract is formed only upon our written order confirmation, which — together with any framework agreement signed with the customer — prevails over these terms in case of conflict. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the technical documentation (drawings, CAD files, specifications) you provide; SteelWise is not liable for non-conformities resulting from errors or omissions in customer-supplied documentation.
5. Confidentiality
Technical documentation submitted by customers is treated as confidential, as described in our Privacy Policy. NDAs can be signed upon request. Likewise, quotes, prices, and technical solutions provided by SteelWise are intended solely for the requesting party and may not be disclosed to third parties without our consent.
6. Quality
Parts are manufactured according to the agreed specifications and are accompanied, where agreed, by measurement reports and certificates of conformity. Any quality claims must be notified in writing within the period agreed in the order terms; the remedies (rework, replacement, or credit) are defined in the individual contract.
7. Intellectual property
The Website content — texts, photographs, videos, graphics, the SteelWise logo — belongs to SteelWise or the indicated right holders and is protected by copyright law. Content may be reproduced for non-commercial purposes with attribution (“SteelWise / steelwise.md”); commercial use requires our prior written consent. Customer drawings and designs remain the property of the customer; manufacturing know-how, tooling solutions, and processes developed by SteelWise remain the property of SteelWise unless otherwise agreed.
8. User obligations
You agree not to: use the Website for unlawful purposes; submit false or fraudulent quote requests; attempt unauthorised access to the Website’s systems or disrupt its operation; transmit unlawful content, spam, or malware; scrape Website content for commercial purposes without consent.
9. Third-party links
The Website contains links to external resources (Google Maps, social media, WhatsApp). We are not responsible for their content or policies.
10. Limitation of liability
The Website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, SteelWise is not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Website, from errors or omissions in its informative content, or from technical interruptions. Liability related to manufacturing services is governed by the individual contract and applicable law.
11. Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to amend these terms and the Website content at any time; amendments take effect upon publication and do not affect confirmed orders. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Disputes shall be resolved amicably or, failing that, by the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova, unless otherwise agreed in the individual contract.
